Pending!!! SO CALLED SERVICE!!!

Amazingly they put a message on trying to make one feel serviced, WHAT DO YOU TAKE ME FOR??? I want resolution & my reference number to escalate to the Ombudsman to take you to task. Why do I get the impression YOU cocked up big time & pushing for time hoping i would leave this, YOU ARE CRAZY!!!
