I called to enquire about getting my Peugeot serviced yesterday on the 2nd December, 2013 - the telephonist said the phones were down and she could not help me with servicing. She said I could call a cellphone which I elected not to do preferring instead to leave my number so someone could call me. They did not. I called again today to enquire why not and she said she does not know. The phones are still down. I said where else can I go to have my car serviced and she said Tygervalley and I said as I live in town I prefer not to do that. She told me the only option is to call the cellphone number and speak to Louise. I did that and no one answered and there was no message that I could leave. What am I supposed to do? I have been told that there is no re-sale value on my Peugeot and that no one wants to trade in or buy them and I am not surprised if this is how they treat their customers. A far cry from the days when I bought my Peugeot in 2004 and the service and customer care was great. I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me where I could go to have my car serviced.
