Paid up but increasing

I am extremely disgusted, this evening I logged onto my FNB profile and was about to make sure that all is well only to find shocking that I have "paid up" two accounts who now have balances on them. How the could you hand me over then leave the accounts open to generate interest/fees? What the is up with that. When they handed me over, the balance was as communicated by the attorneys involved now both accounts have arrears of R1800 and R200, of which should never have been the case. I am disgusted in you guys. Being unemployed and paying off ones debts is no simple task but when your bank pulls this you gotta wonder what the hells going on!!! I would like someone to contact me about these mystery debts which suddenly appeared on my accounts while I was paying them off before I refer the matter to the financial ombudsman. This isnt the first time and nor will it be the last time some lay staff member of an organisation does his own affected me the consumer.
