Dunken Morris gives pathetic service

As usual with FNB and their service a call centre agent by the name of Dunken Morris contacted me a week or so ago, he advised me to make a payment plan arrangement with Groenewald Lubbe then he would refund me all money taaken out of my account. When I called him today, he went back on what he said. I am not surprised that FNB has been taking such F R A U D U L E N T steps to collect money as they still collect directly from me whilst having handed me over to attorneys and I have to make payment to the attorneys as well. Seems that they feel this is okay, as the call centre agent said to me, it is completely fine to be collecting from two separate angles. DON'T EVER TAKE FINANCE FROM FNB, THEY WILL YOU OVER!!! The complaints department read an email I sent to them without even responding, now I just have to wait until I can contact the ombudsman, seems like that is my only resolution at this stage. Please do not hand me another reference number, I do not care for your pathtic service and daft call centre agents!
