Poor Service!!!

14.02.2013 i got number 110 at the bank to cue up t reset my internet banking password, waited for about 40 minutes, then decided to leave for literally 2 minutes to go to the bathroom and told the consult (male) at the door that i would be be back and he said that would be fine. I get back 2 minutes later and find a lady has relieved him so i ask about my number seeing the client before me getting helped and she told me that my number has been cancelled because i was not around. I left a message with the previous consultant and i expleined that to her but she refused t let me proceed and adviced that i get another number after 40 minutes of waiting? That doesnt make sense to me and i called your calcentre to understand how the system works which is clear but i left a message for 's sake and was away for less than 3 minutes, i just feel this is unacceptable given the fact that i took time of work to go to the bank and then this haai no!
