I must say I am very disappointed with the approach from the lady who called me from the Capitec dept who failed on their own to pick up a account until I let them know. The lady was to quick to tell me that they cannot really refund without hearing my side of the story. Such a reputable bank cannot pick up that they are keeping a until one client makes them aware. I have been a customer of the bank for some years now and managed to persuade my husband to do the same. Now that they need to take me seriously as an honest client they push me away. I NEED ANSWERS!!! This was also confirmed again on your website by many clients complaining about the same service.
