I am still waiting for Tracey Sonickson from Complaints Resolution to contact me regarding compensation for the complaint posted previously. Reference number is 374476.

Previous complaint:
I received an sms from FNB stating that I have less than R25 in my account, kindle deposit money for future debits. I immediately went to the bank thinking that someone was tampering with my account, only to be told that it was an error message from Johannesburg.

I wasted my flippant time and petrol going to the bank. A bunch of work at FNB. What do I pay bank fees for? Please compensate me for my petrol and time.
