I have a platinum card that has long expired
I have not received a renewal card to date but you charge me R41 PM
You will note no transactions
I was contacted at some ungodly hour while driving by a very rude woman from some courier service re a card and asked them to phone back as I was driving.
STILL WAITING
Can you thus reverse the service fees from the time the card expired and advise me where my card is or are you that incompetent REVERSE THE FEES I DONT HAVE A CARD
OR BETTER STILL LET ME PAY OFF THE SMALL BALANCE AND KEEP YOUR CARD
