In short we got a Core Plan for Julie and firstly One Plan deducted the money 5 days before they should have. Then the the long struggle started to get a One Plan card, its was promised every week and nothing happened. Then in the beginning of January 2013 Julie got her card, but now the cards don't stop, she already have received 2 cards and and sms that the 3rd card is on its way. To add insult to injury she is now also being charged (R150 * 2 = R300) for the additional cards
I don't want to call the call centre again as they will probably issue another card. For a such a wonderful product its a pity that is has such a bad admin system behind it.
Please if there is anyone at One Plan that can sort this out HELP
