UPON CALLING THE CALL CENTER NOW, 12:45, 11/01/2013, I AM TOLD MY CARD HAS BEEN STOPPED, THEY DONT KNOW BY WHO OR WHEN IT WAS STOPPED.
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS POLICY HAS BEEN USED IN 2 YRS AND BOTH TIMES I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH ONEPLAN. IT TOOK Zamaphiri Maseko 15 MINUTES TO SEND AN EMAIL WHILE I WAS HOLDING ON THE LINE.
I GOT AN SMS NOW SAYING CLAIM NR 996813 CANNOT BE PROCESSED, PREVIOUS CLAIM STILL OPEN, ARE YOU JOKING OR WHAT???
DOES ANYONE IN THIS COMPANY KNOW WHAT THE IS GOING ON???
ONEPLAN IS ALSO IMMUNE TO HELLOPETER AND USES THIS AS ADVERTISING.
I AM WAITING FOR A CALL TODAY STILL!!!
