For the past two years, i have paid more than R48000.00 in premuins to One Plan Medical. On Sunday, 28 April 2013, i consulted a doctor at Medicross Clinic. One Plan has a Debit card system, before you use it, you have to call or sms and funds are credited to the debit card, i did as it was requested and R250 was on my debit card. The doctor charges was R543.00, swiped the card and all is good, cause there was extra funds that i saved. Today i called customer care, the consultant can't find any claims done on 28 April 2013, After spent more R48000.00 One Plan cannot refund my MONEY.
