My mother's car was involved in a car accident. My brother was driving. they say the car is a write off. Now they have been requesting all sorts of documents which she has given. its coming to a point where they asking for private information like statements of cellphones, and this Rudy guy is forcing my brother to go make a statement of negligence to say he was drunk at the time of the accident which is a lie. it looks like they want ways not to pay out. this has been going on for almost 2 months now.
Please assist expose these people.
