WHOLE YEAR OF BEGGING FOR HELP RE UNRESOLVED CLAIM

Geyser burst IN JANUARY 2013. I submitted claim
Builder did not replace wooden floor supports but only put planks over damage. Floor sank step lower than rest of house.
builder painted over ceilings but did not replace ceilings. ceilings came apart afterwards.
builder only painted over problems inside cupboards but mould took over and cupboard backs rotting.
Tried in vain for 12 months to get assistance from Standard bank. They sent builder (who messed up in first place instead of sending the assessor) to analyse problem. He claimed innocence. How, totally baffles me. Agent also stunned, all issues since geyser burst..
Tenants moved out because too scared to walk on floor, feels like it wants to break in and upset with state of ceilings and cupboards. I lost this income!!!
THEN to top it all; I tried to make payment arrangements since tenants who moved overnight did not pay for January. Standard bank will not allow, they put "tracking" on account because of outstanding instalment. Just took my whole salary 5 minutes ago. And no income from tenants. And house in total mess and nobody else wants to rent. How to solve?? crying while writing this. DESPERATE!
