We had a burst geyser last week, and after a long struggle, they finally registered the claim, and plumbers was send out to replace the geyser, and an assessor was supposed to contact us, to come and look at the damage on the carpets and so forth. Phoned Standard bank again, to enquire, and they did not know that there was any damage, but will send someone out. The carpet and cupboard guys made contact, but no word from anyone to have a look at the ceilings. Tried contacting the claims department several times, and after 3 hours of being transferred to different people and un answered phones, I eventually put down the phone. I want answers to what is happening with my claim and when the contractor will be sent out to my house for the ceilings
