Carpets and ceilings was damaged due to problems with geyser we reported it to standard bank insurance to date we have had no reply on querying this problem i was told that this claim has been rejected and that i must sue the plumber that put the geyser in about 4 yrs ago. This does not make sense as my house insurance policy has been with standard bank for 26 yrs. I went to see the manager at private banking
and he said he would sort it out in the meantime we live with rotten carpets and no ceilings in some places
