About two months ago my geyser burst. An assessor came out quickly.. At about 3pm the next day I called again to see what was happening and there them seemed to be a problem as the insurer said the geyser was under warranty. When I asked why I was not contacted and I would be without hot water for a second day the story changed and the cam to replace the geyser. However there was damage to my ceiling and floor which was not fixed.
After about 5 weeks they eventually sent someone out who painted the ceiling, even though it is warped. I then complained. They sent out an assessor who agreed that the ceiling must be replaced and the floor/ That was about three weeks ago.
After that I have heard nothing despite phoning a further three times
