I have had a home loan with u guys for about 15 years now if i remember correctly, i have been trying to do my best with payments and i finally am paying as i should but since i asked standard bank for help about 1 year ago, my house is still breaking down as we speak, it is raining inside my house and the ceilings is messed up now, all i wanted was your for insurance to asisst me with fixing of my house where it should be fixed, thats all, i will continue my business with standard as they have been loyal to me throughout the 15 years, my roof is leaking, my ceilings are broken cause of the rain, my walls needs to be repainted as there is water marks comming down, can u please asisst me standard bank, i really need your help, urgently please
