Submitted a car claim (C515447) on the 6 January 2014 and its still not finalised. I have sent numerous emails and made billion calls and not even once have I heard the voice of the person handling my claim. I have been sent from pillar to post. I'm paying car rental premiums but I'm forced to use a taxi (which are situated 20 min away from my house). I'm in the auditing field and therefore I'm forced to have a car. Even sent mails to their info department and not even once has they responded. Today its 3 weeks full. All that take a pic submit thing on tv is just a lie.
