Worse Service Yet

My cellphone fell in the water while i was running and fell during the period that it was raining so much in December. I called Iwyze and registered my claim and on the 04/01/2013 i received my claim no as well as a request to sent in a report from a cellphone provider. I took my cellphone to MTN and when i received my report i sent it to Naome Mabaso who was working on my claim i called twice on the day that i sent it to find out if she had received my report but she was never available to assist me. On the 24/01/2013 she called me to inform me that my claim has been approved and that she will call me the next morning to inform me if they would give me the money of replace my phone. Its the 5th of February already and i havent heard a word from her. I called her again this morning at 08:45 and i was informed that she would call me back its been 2 hours now and im still waiting. Ive been sitting without a phone since Jan and yet im paying my insurance premium every month. This is the worst service that ive ever received from a provider and im really going to start looking for another insurance company as IWYZE does not value their clients
