No satisfaction and worst service from Iwyze

Hi. I have been insured with Iwyze underwritten by Mutual and Federal Insurance from the 11/11/2011. every premium of R847.00 has been paid up to date despite the increase in premium without notification from Iwyze. When taking out the policy i was promised the world. i am however disgusted with the poor service and the delay in having my claim finalised. i was in a n accident where my vehicle was written off on the 14/09/2013. i logged a claim telepathically with Iwyze on the 16/09/2013 at 8:41am. it is almost a month later and my claim is still not finalised. i am given the run around and being treated like a victim instead of a VALUED CUSTOMER. i am being practically interrogated and now my personal rights and privacy is being violated. this is becoming an inconvenience for me and no one seems to see this. if there is any form of resolution for this could someone please assist. i will never ever in my entire life insure with Iwyze and i will tell everyone that i meet, know and see that Iwyze Mutual and Federal is the most incompetent insurance i have ever come across. I am really disappointed that a Company like Iwyze Mutual and Federal has such a a long turn around time.
