It's only when u start claiming that you get all this weird treatment with IWYZE, I recently claim for cellphone damage which was then referred to an assessment by vodacom care who then gave me a report that the cellphone is beyond repair and they cannot fix it. IWYZE rejected the report claiming that their (dodgy service assessor) selected service provider will collect the cellphone and assess it. I was fortunate enough to follow this through as I was aware that even istore does not repair but replace damaged phone only to find out that their selected service provider is sitting somewhere and repairing this phone even if it means using not legal parts. After this I spoke to a claims department manager Claudine and her agent Nomonde Zakhe who told me that this guy has repaired a lot of their phones, I hope people are aware that their products can be repaired with these parts. As for me I know my rights as a law abiding citizen.
