CLAIM - 363634 NO WORD SINCE SUBMITTING MY CLAIM!!

So yesterday I submitted my claim and the lady I spoke to assured me that if all the documentation is received during the day, then the claim would be finalised and I would have a phone by the latest on Wednesday (this was on Monday). I forwarded her all the necessary documentation and she responded by saying that all the docs have been received and that the claims validator who would be calling me shortly (this was yesterday at around 13:45. I have heard no word from iwyze regarding anything!!! whether there is any documentation outstanding or anything else about the claim. i have sent countless emails and called countless times to find out what is still outstanding and have not heard anything back from them. I have now left a message for the claims manager (Lynne Alexander) and I am waiting to see if she responds!!! if this is how iwyze treats i simple cell phone claim - i shudder to think how they handle bigger claims!!!

Please get someone to call me to finalise this claim, I see no reason why I should remain with iwyze after this claim has been finalised. I am SO DISAPPOINTED IN THEM AS I THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE BETTER THAN THIS!!!
