Iwyze may be cheap but the service is horrible

My windscreen was damaged and I claimed form my insurance Iwyze, the agent at their call centre informed me that she will lodge the claim and pg class will call me to replace the windscreen. I waited for two days and no one called. I then called Iwyze again to enquire about my claim. The agent told me that the agent who recorded the first claim did not inform PG class about my claim. I explained to her that I need to travel over the weekend and need the windscreen replaced and she informed that the only thing that she can do is to write an email to service providers and hopefully one of them will call me.

I find this unacceptable as my windscreen is damaged, I have a trip plannned and there is no sense of urgency from Iwyze to help me.
