Taking forever!

I have put in a claim for my cellphone on 20 November 2013, and on the same day provided Felleng with all the required documentation and photos she requested. After a few days of waiting for feedback, I called her to find out whats happening, first I had to struggle a few times to get hold of her, and eventually she called me back on 22 November and said they are waiting for Cell C to give them some report of last use. On Tuesday 26 November, I called her again to find out what is the status, also having to try a few times before eventually getting hold of her. She informed me that they are still waiting for Cell C, but decided to continue with my claim, and that I need to send her the photos for proof of ownership, which I already sent on the 20th. I was then informed that a voucher would be sent to me which I can use to go buy a new cellphone within the next 48 hours. Since I have not received that yet, I tried to phone her this morning again, without being able to get hold of her. And all the time I have to struggle on without a decent cellphone. Hopefully this will now speed things up.
