Dear Peter, In 2012 I was involved in a car accident. I phoned (Iwyze) to assist me and they did. They send a valuator, I got a report my car was write off. They sent me docs loss of agreement and change of ownership which I signed. Only to find out they had quoted me on the wrong car model. When I phone Iwyze Yasaar Timms consultant assisting with my claim she had advised me they will sort everything out and fix the vehicle coz the mistake was on their side and they did fix the car. March 2013 I went to renew my car disc I was told the car is not in my name it belongs SMD. I phoned Iwyze immediately and asked them what was happening no one from Iwyze was assisting me I was put from one consultant to another. Until I was assisted by Naome Mabaso even though she not of great help. I have been paying my instalment to the bank only to find out I was paying shortfall all along. My bank had pay Iwyze the value of the vehicle to Iwyze. January 2014 the bank was going to refund Iwyze. I agreed with the bank to refund Iwyze on one condition that my lock book should read new vehicle and not used or rebuild coz I bought the vehicle new. Till today I am struggling to get assist from Iwyze.
