BAD SERVICE FROM IWYSE CLAIMS

I SUBMITTED A CLAIM FOR MY IPAD IN DEC, THE CONSULTANT NAOME MABASO CALLED ME AND REQUESTED A DAMAGE REPORT FOR THE IPAD,

THIS I SUPPLIED TO HER AFTER I CAME BACK FROM LEAVE ON THE 08TH OF JAN, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM HER TO SAY THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED THE DOCUMENTS AND BUSY WORKING ON IT.

EVERYDAY I LEFT MESSAGE AFTER MESSAGE FOR HER TO SUPPLY ME WITH AN UPDATE AND NOTHING. I EVEN REQUESTED THE MANAGER GORDON MAETA TO CALL ME SO THAT I COULD INFORM HIM OF THE LOW (IF ANY) CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE BUT IT SEEMS LIKE HE DOES NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT...

YES THIS CLAIM IS TAKING LONGER THEN THE OTHER INSURANCE COMPANIES (PAYING WITHIN 48HRS) BUT THIS IS NOT MY ISSUE.

SOMEONE PLEASE COME BACK TO ME AND TELL ME WHAT IS HAPPENING, DON'T TELL ME WE ARE STILL BUSY PROCESSING, TELL ME WHAT IS HAPPENING.

IF IT TAKES THIS LONG TO GET A REPONSE FOR AN IPAD HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR A VEHICLE CLAIM?
