WHAT IS HAPPENING TO MY CLAIM?

I lost my camera backpack (which had my Nikon camera, 18-55mm lens, 55-200mm lens, a sigma 70-300mm lens) while shooting a wedding on the 20th April 2013 but I only realised that the backpack was missing on Sunday morning. I then contacted iWyze to register a claim (Policy No: 1005428943) Claim Number 438678. When I called iWyze on Monday to register the claim I was put on hold for more than an hour and then left a message to be called back - which I didn't get the call back. I finally registered the claim on the 23 April. The consultant told me to submit proof of ownership, which I did on the 25 Apr along with an OB number from the policy. I've been doing follow ups on my claim and receiving automated emails. Every time when I follow up I am told that they are waiting for quotations from the suppliers. Yesterday the consultant that I spoke to said that he will call me back first thing today and he didn't. This has been a total nightmare from the first day I logged this claim. To make matters worse, I've received an automated phone call to rate the iWyze service on my claim - mean I don't know if my claim has been approved or not, HOW THE DO I RATE THEIR SERVICE.
