DISCUSSED BY SERVICE AT FNB AND CUSTOMER CARE

Let me begin by saying that I have had problem with FNB loans almost every month since I opened the account. My most recent problem which I cannot except is that I called in on Tuesday 21 January 2013 at 14.00pm to check if i qualify for a payment holiday. I was notified and confirmed by the helpful lady that she confirmed with the loan department and I do qualify for the payment break and my account will only be debited on the 25 February 2014 and the arrangements have been made.

This morning, Friday 24 January 2014, I was debited! I have been on the phone with FNB and the loans department for almost two hours only for them to inform me that I do not qaulify as I have an Easy Plan loan. I was made a false offer by them and informed there was nothing they can do. I spoke to a supervisor and he informed that yes he did hear the recording of the call on Tuesday informing me that my account will only be debited on the 25 February 2014 and I should speak to the collections department about a reversal. I called them and i was transferred between consultants for awhile before i was informed that the supervisor is unable to take my call. This is really unacceptaled and i am disappointed
