I lost my job on 13 November 2013. I first call hollard in December 2013 to inform them about it. In January 2014 I called too make payment arrangements for 19 January 2014 as I was informed that my pension fund will payout by then. I called again 15 Jan 14 as I learned that my pension fund didn't payout. Arrangements was done for 31 Jan. I called again on 29 jan to make arrangements for the 5feb as it was confirmed that my pension fund will be in my bank account on 5 feb. The call centre informed me that my policies will labse by then. Spoke to Elizabeth. She transferred me to Vuyo who informed me that she will make sure that the complaints department will call me back. Since then no contacted me and both my policies I have with Hollard for more then 10 years has labse.
