Legal depatment failing to respond

On Friday 24th January 2014 I called the call centre who directed me to the legal department to settle my 2 loans which was in arrears. I subsequently advised by the person I spoke to Sibusiso that I should settle the biggest loan and then I will be able to apply for a consolidation loan and the final outstanding loan of R5 000 will be deducted from the consolidation loan. I paid R11739.06 on Friday 24th and when I tried to apply for a loan on Tuesday I was informed that the legal department had not lifted a flag on my name.

However now the legal department is not contactable and know one can assist me. I have been calling and emailing for 4 days no and no response.
