I am disgusted by the service I have received from First National Bank, they debited my account without my concern on Friday the 13/12/2013 on the 14/12/2013 I went to reverse the amount at the Attlyn branch in Pretoria and it was a hassle and they excuses was beyond pathetic eventually I told the consultant that I was not going anywhere until that request was done, she then called the home loans department and requested the reversal, I spoke to a lady by the name of Tumi and she said the money will be in before the end of the day, guess what nothing came through. Today i called and asked what the problem was and no one seemed to have an answer instead the gentle man (MOGALE) REF:1387278560.13439 said that it was in my account but had not cleared and that I should give it a few hours of which I did, after lunch I called again and requested help, this gentle man I spoke to Lawrance was clueless and could not answer anything instead he read me the notes made by the consultant i spoke to earlier, its 15:00pm I still have not received anything never the less this is my money but yet i have to to get back, this is disgusting service and they don't seem to care. I am!!!
