ALLOCATION OF A SETTLEMENT PAYMENT

On the 15 March 2013 I called 0861404040, the FNB Loan call centre trying to get an account number to pay my settlement loan amount into. I spoke to a lady by the name of Jabulile Ndebele, i explained my scenario to her that i wanted to settle my Easy Plan Loan and therefore requested an acoount number to pay my money into. She gave me an account number 62024952039, an incorrect account number, which is for Personal loans and not Easy Plan Loans. Ok i went to ABSA bank and settled my account into the account number i was given to by Jabulile. Now my dilemma is that FNB contact centre cannot help me allocate the payment into the correct account. An amount of R34713.95 is lying somewhere in their suspense account and my account is still being debited. I phoned in on monday the 18 March and spoke to Omega who tried to sent an instruction through, i then phoned again on the 22 March and spoke to Shaun who escalated the problem to the supervisor level, still nothing has been done. I phoned in again on 27 March and spoke to Jabulile who got me into so much trouble and she said she will phone me back and she hasn't. Phoned again on the 28 March and Jabulile didnt want to take my call.
