Nedbank unable to refund incorrect debit on my acc

I called in on the 22/01/2014 to refquest as refund as nedbank had double deducted on my account.
i was informed the refund would take 7working days. i called in again on the 30/01/2014 and was again informed the refund will be in my account on the 31/01/2014.
i called at 08h45 on the 31/01/2014 only to be informed that the funds will be in my account by 12h00 the funds were still not in. i again called in after 14h00 and i was then told my request was never processed and that the funds would be in after 2working days.
i am very dissapointed at this poor service i have received from nedbank when asking for my money back as if i was asking them for a loan, they are quick to grant loans and debit on your account but very slow when it comes to refunds.
I spoke to Nondumiso and Marsha who when i requested to speak to a a manager was put on hold for more than 10minutes till the phone cut and was unable to get through to anyone.
no one even came back tome to say, sorry for the inconvinience.
