FNB how can we not help you

I have an outstanding loan from FNB that was handed over to their lawyers. FNB started debiting my account in small amounts (between R500-R800) in 2011 to recover the money owed to them which i had no problem with. On the 11th of February 2013 an amount of R 8089.68 was debited with no prior warning or phone call. I called the call center to investigate this matter only to be told to contact my branch as there was nothing they can do from their side. I called my branch (Rivonia), no help there too as i was told the transaction will reflect the full details the following day. I went into the branch and saw a service consultant who informed me that the debit was manually done by FNB loan department, he also stated that he is not in a position to help but he can call the loans department to try and resolve the issue. After holding on the phone for 24 minutes, there is an answer from Nosipho Mbiyo. I explained to her that my account was debited by R 8089.98 and that my family could not survive the month with out this money. She told me once again that there was no help available for me at FNB. I escalated the matter at the branch and the only help i got was a ref number 253809.
