Acces Bond not re-instated - 2 mnts to find deposi

I recently tried to move from absa to FNB . My bond debit order goes off my ABSA account on the 1sr f each month. I admit that the moving of the debit oder did not go according to plan (my bond is with Standard bank). However my debit order was not successfull on the 1st. I found this out 3 days later. So i immediately called Standard bank to rectify the problem and to deposit my bond amount via EFT. They told me deposit it into a bucket account with the details supplied by them. I immediately made the deposit (5th of the month) into this account and included an extra R300 just incase of any fees or arrears. I then sent my proof of payment to them. I then called them everyday for 2 weeks and they could not confirm my deposit even with proof of payment supplied. I finally gave up. They send me sms's every day for a few weeks to remind me to pay my outstanding amount, not to mention the embarrassing phone calls. They have now charged me interest and removed my acces bond. When I queried this with them they notified me that they receipted my deposit 2 month later than the actual transaction. They have not reversed the interest almost 6mnths later and i dont have an access bond. Tks STB
