I had to but a claim in as my car got hail damage. I called the call centre it was so painful i also had to get a rented car. When i went to collect my car from the airport they never even had my details on there system and i promised that it was done. I keep calling the call centre to find out how far my car is and they keep telling me they will call you back in 2 hours BUT no call or they will call me back before end of business again no call. The service i'm getting from dial direct is so bad i want to cancel with them. Nobody in the call are trained enough.
