I had the unfortunate experience of having one of our mountain bikes yesterday.
We got the case number from the police this morning, so i phoned Dial Direct expecting the claim process to be lengthly and painful.
WOW was i wrong!!! Constance assisted me when i phoned the call centre. She advised that I would need to send her the invoice for the bike, as well as a quote to replace it.
I got these and emailed them to her.
Not even 10 minutes later i received a call from her saying that she had processed and approved my claim and that i would be paid out within 3 working days!!
