Ad response on call centre

I've registered a Claim last week on Monday and a Lady called Zethu Mlotha promised to call me back on friday, just to follow up if the service provider has been helped me, i am still waiting for her call till today. When i am phoning dial direct call centre, ive just recived a bad response. i dont know what to do. pls help
