Poor communication

I lodged a third party claim with dial direct on the 4 th september 2013 .since that time i have been waiting to get my claim processed.i have a problem with the fact that since lodging the claim i have not received any feedback from the person who is said to be responsible for my claim.i have repeatedly called dial direct and the excuses have been that he is not available ir that they will call me back.till now they have not given me any update as to how far they are with my claim.im just left in the dark.im having to call the person who hit my vehicle to find out what is happening.i believe this is poor service on the part of dial direct such that i have a very poor impression of this insurance company
