Vehicle cant be located

I'm so tired of fighting Dial Direct, ever since I laid a claim I'm always fighting and struggling every step of the way. I took my car to Global Hail Hermanstad (Pretoria) on the 22 January 2013. Yesterday I called Dial Direct to get status update and they told me that the car has been moved from Global Hail to Silverstar Auto Body for painting works on the 26 January 2013. When I call Silverstar the told me they dont have my car on their system which mean the car is not with them. I spend the entire day yesterday and even today calling Dial Direct about this matter and all the say is that they will get back to me. I mean what kind of a service is this?

I pay premiums every month to avoid such problems, and yet I still experience this.
