It is with a heavey heart that I send this report as I've been banking with FNB for almost 20 years and have never had much of a problem untill recently. I got the shok of my life when I got up one weekend and saw R400 some odd taken off my account. I am a pensioner and to me that's a mountain of money. Well never the less I called the bank to find out what was going on. This all started in November 2013 I got the run around and was told this was for a credit card I had in 1989. I have got a current credit card for a very long time and nothing like this was ever picked up. Well when I got no help from FNB in Durban, when I went to JHB in December I went into another branch and they could not help its now 24 January 2014 and still no answers and no feedback. What do I do and where do I stand? FNB professors "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" what guff. I'm so dispondant and thinking of changing my bank. HELP
