I should have reported our bad encounters over the last 1, 5 years with FNB here a long time ago.
The first one I would like to report is that FNB take bank charges on a credit card and then the card go over the limit and then they take a further R 220 for over the limit fees?
Then they have the arrogance to send a sms to say please pay immediately.
They system generates monthly bank charges on the 21 - 23 on the credit card account and my wife only gets paid on the 25th of each month of which we pay an instalment immediately.
Yes I know its not good to life with your credit card on its maximum but sometimes you just have to.
We must have lost in excess of R 2000 by them doing this and all they answer is that sorry, you should make sure there is funds for us to take our monthly bank charges. And needless to say I have a premier banker that can't even resolve this. And yet I have to continuously listen to stupid adds of FNB on "how can we help you"
