Credit card complaint

Hi i have mailed and mailed and no answers from them, i don't have a credit card from fnb, and now you deduct money from my account as if i have money to pay. i don't have work, and you take money and food from my kids life? thanks for fnb, i really want to move my account away from fnb and go to standard bank. they r better and more sufficient in helping people. i want to resolve this and want my money back in my account ASAP
