Good customer service

I`m currently on a process to apply for the re-advance on my home loan and she took her time and effort with patience to explain in details for me what is required and the process. Is being two weeks now and all the stupid consultant they keep on referring me with no luck but not explaining and just being themselves and forgetting that we don't work at standard bank. thanks Charity I really the personality and the spirit of Ubuntu you have. thank you
