Approval was granted from customer assist on 12/2/13 for debt consolidation onto my bond. Did home loan applicaiton on 12/2/13, received sms on 14/2/13 in process. On enquiries on 28/2/13 was informed that loan was declined on 14/2/13 (No one from the bank informed me of this). Supervisor then found email from cusotmer assist and has now re-routed the appliciaton to be processed on 28/2/13. This will now delay the process by 3 weeks for me to finalise and resolve my debt. Do the diferent departments from standard bank not talk to each other. I having being trying to get assistance in this regard from the bank since November 2012.
Why are customers not able to get into contact with the senior staff of standard bank, these customer centres are extremly frustrating.
