I contacted miway to report a chip on my windscreen. a consaltant by the name felicity gave me a callback to assist me. in the process i told her of the glass repair center that miway are using not far from my workplace and she informed me about mobile technicians who can contact me and set up an appointment with me and come fix the windscreen at my workplace. i was very delighted and felt she went the extra mile.
