Too my car for a service with vw benoni and they contract out wise glass to fix chips on car windscreens. i had a small chip which they gentleman ask to repair at an extra cost to the service. a month later i got another chip which i took to PG glass and was repaired. the person working at PG said that i should not of paid for the chip repair done on the first chip. after the PG glass gentleman had repaired the chip you could clearly see the difference between the work done. i now sit with a risk that my windscreen will crack all the way through. i complained to vw benoni and the contractor for wise glass phoned me. he arrange for a credit and a repair man to come and have a look at the damage. nothing to this day has been done and this was two week ago. i would like this to be taken up as a serious matter. replacing a windscreen is very costly and because of the inferior work done in the first place i have run a high risk of this happening to me.
