Last week I lodged a claim for my windscreen. My windscreen had been damaged and needed replacing. I was told by miway, the fitment centre will contact me. It's been over a week and nobody has contacted me. This is unacceptable. If I didn't pay my premium, what would happen. Would miway wait? They would want their money. So therefore, I require my service. If it is the fitment centre's problem, then why hasn't miway followed up? Where is the service I'm paying for!?
