Frustated at the service

I am disapointed at the service I received from Miway.
I put in a claim for windcsreen (my very first claim after more then a year) 4 weeks ago. It was approved. I arranged with the glass fitters telephonically to fit the windscreen at my home that very weekend, only to find out they brought the wrong glass. They promised to call me back the next day to give a new date for fitting a new winscreen.. A week had gone past and i heard nothing from them or miway. I tried getting hold of the Miway call centre, but couldnt get through. Eventually this week, someone decided to call me from MIway. She said she will find out what the problem is and give me a call immediately. No call back received. I am very frustared at the serivice. I am going away and i need my windscreen repaired before i leave for the holidays!
