My vehicle is insured with Discovery and I didn't have any issues with the car rental while my car was at the panel beaters, the first time around.
After taking my car back to the panelbeaters to fix the paint job, and getting my rental car through AVIS, I started getting SMS's to return my car the following day. I have only used 15 days of the 30 days that I am entitled to on my policy with Discovery. The person on the phone from Discovery, assures me that they have extended it for the rest of the 30 days, however, I then get another sms that shows I only have 1 day extension.
This has now gone on 3 times. Every time I phone Discovery to extend the rental, every time I get told it is extended for 30 days, every time I get an sms with only 1 day extension.
